One random Sunday in early 2003 I bought a home fitness program, having NO CLUE that it was the first of a series of many small steps/decisions that would connect with my deep passion for helping others who longed to embody wellness and live a great story of their own. People who WANTED to, but didn’t have a roadmap or a guide.

This ignited a passion in me and awakened my deepest desire to add value to people in the wellness space, which opened up a whole host of trigger effects.
