As a young wife and mom, Traci was always called to live by her priorities: God, family, community. When she realized that she also needed to take care of herself, she also found a passion to help other women add themselves to their own to-do list. Not too soon after, she found herself building a large, international, multi-million-dollar business as she and her husband raised their big, busy family. Today, she is passionate and dedicated to helping other women and men do the same: prioritizing personal wellness, marriage, and family!

Every day Traci works to simplify and pass on the tools she’s gathered in the last 3 decades to other people in the form of relationship mentoring. She’s grateful to have had wonderful mentors in her life, including John Maxwell and Tony Horton, who have helped her to achieve far greater things than she ever could have attained alone, while holding her accountable to maintaining her priorities. She is passionate about doing the same for others!

As a leader in her home and in the marketplace, she is passionate about guiding others in the truth that you don’t have to compromise your values and priorities in the home to achieve success outside of the home! That’s one of the reasons she wrote her book Real-Life Marriage; Navigating your Beautiful, Messy, One Of A Kind Love Story; to show that creating a passionate marriage for life alongside a robust business IS possible with intentional choices and the right communication tools!

Traci has been married to the love of her life KC for 34 years, is a mom of six amazing adult kids, three treasured sons-in-love, one favorite daugher-in-love, and Grammy to four precious grandchildren!
