Can You Hang with TRACI?
Who wants to feel younger, more vibrant, and better than they are today?
I'm 55.
I'm married to my favorite man, we've got 6 adult kids, 4 kids through marriage, 4 grandkids (2 more on the way), and I'm through menopause.
I had thyroid cancer 10 years ago and it was caught while still contained in the thyroid, thankfully.
Anything that's been done to my face has been from a bottle from Target or Amazon. (Meaning no surgeries, fillers, or needles. No judgement to people who have; it's just not me)
I've found the best way to do away with the wrinkles around my lips was to SMILE which is lucky cuz smiling is my favorite. And I'm a big believer that crows-feet wrinkles are a sign of a life well laughed.
I have crepey skin cuz I'm 55 and I FRIED myself in the 80's with baby oil (worth it for the fun ridiculous memories) but I found that one way to stretch out crepey skin is to fill it out by building muscle in my arms and legs, so I try to do that. I know a guy.
I put WAY more time and attention into growing my inner person and strengthening my integrity and relationship with Jesus and people cuz that part will far outlast my body which continues to age, but I also color my hair and wear make up, and love a well made shoe, so that inside stuff is all balanced with a little vanity and style too.
I love growing with mentors who are way, way better, faster, smarter than me, and I love leading a team with wonderful humans, and I love guiding people and cheering them on as they do far more than they ever thought possible.
I believe in being SO much better on the inside than you are on the outside. Cuz what you look like on the outside is genetics and hair color and make up and clothes. (and did I mention awesome shoes? ) But the inside....the sky is the limit based on what you choose!!!
