It's interesting to me how you can wake up one day & make a seemingly benign decision to order a home fitness program off of an infomercial, having no idea that you're entire life is about to go a whole new direction because of that one choice. But that is exactly what happened to me.

My name is Traci Morrow. On March 31, 2003 I Pressed Play for the very first time of what would become thousands, with Power90 Sculpt 1-2! I had no idea it would change my life as it has. I just wanted to lose some body fat... those stubborn last 15 pounds that women talk about but never can seem to get off. Months turn to years and we resign ourselves to thinking that's just the way it is.
